Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sealed items that have been opened where they are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Non-returnable items

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards and items that show signs of wear or damage.

Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographs. Once reviewed, we will offer either a refund or a replacement where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know as soon as possible whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

Return shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service when returning your item, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Jewellery care

Our pieces are delicate by nature and should be handled with care. General wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage caused by water, cosmetics, chemicals, or improper care is not considered a fault.
