We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If approved, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.
