Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A lab grown diamond has the same chemical, physical and optical properties as a mined diamond. The difference is where it was formed, and the price.
What does IGI certified mean?
IGI, the International Gemological Institute, is an independent lab that grades diamonds. The certificate states the carat weight, colour, clarity and cut of your stone, and you can check the report number online.
Is 9ct gold good for an engagement ring?
Yes. 9ct gold is solid gold and harder than 18ct, which suits a ring worn every day, and it keeps the price lower for the same diamond. Read Is 9ct gold good?.
